DSQ set up the quality assurrance department to make sure the quality is"zero defect". Aiming at specially reqested products. we execute "0 PPM" quality target. Before we start to design We will take a project meeting by core team and lead in DFMEA procedure to prevent fault products and defectiveness. If necessary, we are able to make prototype, testing report and analysis to provide strong excellent assurance base in product design.

In the beginning of run rate, we already prepared BOM, Flow Chart, and Control Plan to provide the run rate and launch production quality check necessary data base under the system request.

In the process of product run rate, we already involve in making "SPC Chart",product full dimensions inspection and approval, drawing up all "work instruction" for each operating station,QC and packaging.

We use these database to monitor following product quality and improve quality continuously. We supply strongly excellent guarantee in product quality, production capability, punctual delivery to satisfy our clients.

Under system ISO/TS-16949: 2002 request, QA dept. assure to operate this system and carry out APQP, PPAP,DFMEA,PFMEA,CONTROL PLAN,FLOW CHART, BOM, GR&R, IMDS , MSDS, TEST REPORT, RoHS, SGS REPORT MATERIAL CERTIFICATE, X-ray Plating Report, Force Test Report, ect. We will try to meet all customers' request for the necessary documents under our quality system.
